Yes — we specialise in smaller maintenance jobs.
Most of our work is the kind of things that get put off or are hard to find someone reliable for, like fixing doors, patching walls, or general repairs around the home.

Do you work with property managers or landlords?

Yes — we regularly work with property managers and landlords, providing reliable maintenance, clear communication, and photo updates so you don’t have to chase progress. We can provide references on request.

Do you service my suburb on the Central Coast?

We service most areas across the Central Coast, including Terrigal, Gosford, Woy Woy, Erina and surrounding suburbs.

How quickly can you come out?

We aim to respond quickly and can often fit in jobs within a few days, depending on availability.
If something is urgent, let us know and we’ll do our best to prioritise it.

Can I send photos for a quote?

Yes — sending photos is often the quickest way for us to understand the job and give guidance.
Most small jobs can be quoted this way without needing a site visit.

Do you need to come out to quote?

Not always. Many jobs can be assessed from photos, but for larger or more complex work we’re happy to arrange a time to come out and take a look.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

This depends on the job and location. In many cases, we can provide guidance or a quote based on photos without needing a call-out. If a site visit is required, we’ll let you know any costs beforehand.

do you charge fixed price or hourly?

It depends on the job. For some work we can provide a fixed price, while for others an hourly rate makes more sense — especially where the scope can vary. We’ll always talk it through with you and agree on the approach upfront so there are no surprises.

Do I need to be home while the work is done?

Not always. We can often arrange access and keep you updated throughout the job, which is especially common for rental properties and busy homeowners. We have a valid Police Clearance Certificate, available on request.

Do you work with property managers or landlords?

We aim to respond quickly and can often fit in jobs within a few days, depending on availability.
